REHOMING 10 wk old female border heeler puppy

Looking to rehome a 10 week old female puppy, 75% blue heeler 25% border collie She is too excitable for our one year old, and it breaks my heart because she's already become a part of the family, but she would do better in a different environment. I am looking to rehome her to a family with a larger home/apartment with area for her to exercise since she is a very energetic dog. If she could find a family with older kids (10+), I'm sure she would love that, or even a small family of active adults. She is a very sweet pup who learns super quick, and she's already picked up on some of the basic commands like sit and come. She knows her name as well (Piper) though she is young enough that changing her name shouldn't be too much of a problem. Rehoming fee is $400, but I will give you the rest of the food we have for her and her favorite toys. I just want her taken care of and loved, and I wish I could have kept her.
