We are looking for crew members with experience in. • Brick laying, • Retaining wall building, • Native and Ornamental plants identification and care, • Operation of skid loader and dump trucks • Rain garden construction • Carpentry knowledge a plus. Crew Member: • Needs to have multiple years’ experience in any of the areas previously listed. • A crew member needs to be responsible and self-directed to keep themselves busy • Needs to follow instructions carefully and be able to read a landscape design. • Needs to show up to work on time • Must be polite and helpful to customers and fellow crew members. We offer: • Seasonal full time work with overtime • An earned paid vacation plan • A competitive wage • A flexible schedule Job Descriptions: Crew workers: We are looking for competent crew members with good driving records that can drive dump trucks, trailers, and skid loaders. The day will start by showing up at the shop at 7:00am and loading the trucks with all the tools and plants you need for the day(s) project. Then you will pick up any materials needed from other suppliers and travel to the job site. Once at the job site you will divide up the jobs listed on the job description (i.e. Striping sod, planting trees and bushes, installing edging and mulching, excavating for patios, etc.) and begin work. I expect individuals to be experienced in landscape construction and be thinking ahead to plan what the next part of the job they will do to finish efficiently. I currently need several people who are experienced in building well-crafted retaining walls and patios quickly. I also need individuals who know plants and can help in the nursery and with the landscape construction.
