Company Description Deibel Labs is a private food testing facility providing services in both food Microbiology and Chemistry testing. We play an integral role in food and product safety for industry-leading producers, as well as family run operations much like our own. Our location in Madison, WI, is currently looking to hire a full-time Courier/Driver/lab aide (40 hours/week and benefits included). We offer a competitive salary based upon knowledge and experience. Deibel pays 100% of health insurance premiums for self and 50% for family. Deibel also offers a self-funded dental plan, vision plan, and 401K option along with profit sharing. Schedule Offered: Wednesday - Friday: 9am to close (lab aide) Saturday - Sunday: 7am to close (morning driving route)(afternoon lab aide) Must possess a clean driving record (6 years or more) and reliable transportation. Will use company car for work driving. All employment offers will be contingent upon successful completion of a background check, to include a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) which must be clear to proceed. Candidates selected for an interview will be asked to provide an MVR printout at the time of their interview. The Driver will use the company car to pick up samples from the surrounding area (within a 200 mile radius) and bring them back to the Madison Lab. The driver will also assist in the lab with custodial, general maintenance, and dish washing. Qualifications Requirements: 1. Driver must come into the lab, use the company car, and pick up samples from various locations around the Wisconsin area and return them to the lab. 2. Must have good attendance. 3. Must be over 25 with a clean driving record: please note, this will be checked with company insurance upon hire. 4. Must have experience with driving in the Madison/Southern WI area including during inclement weather. 5. Must be able to safely lift 10-25 pounds into the company car and then pick up the samples from the car and bring them back into the lab. 6. Driver cannot have any traffic moving violations or speeding tickets in the last 6 years. 7. Driver must be professional as they will represent the company each time they pick up the client samples. 8. Driver will also assist in the lab as noted above. 9. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule for days that require overtime. 10. Must work occasional holidays. 11. Must live within 30 miles of Madison WI. No relocation packages available. 12.
