Established commercial property management company with multiple properties throughout North County and the San Diego area has an immediate opening for a roving full-time maintenance technician. The right candidate for the job should have at least 3 years of experience in all areas of general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) and maintenance. Reliability and dependability is a must! We supply a company vehicle, uniforms, tools and materials. Applicant Requirements: *Applicants need AT LEAST 3 years of maintenance experience. *MUST speak and write English fluently. *MUST have valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record. *MUST pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening. *Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
