We invite you to become an important part of The Bridges story and family. The club is located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, approximately 20 minutes north of San Diego. Currently seeking Outside Service staff: This position is 100% member and guest services pertaining to the valet, golf course and driving range. You are there to assist members and guests with valet for their vehicles, staging golf carts and golf bags as well as servicing any needs and requests on the driving range. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Cart prep and bag storage • Range set up and break down. • Valet • Member Relation • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as needed • Problem Solving • Interpersonal Skills • Analytical Ability • Communication Skills • Dexterity Training consists of working in all three areas (bag room, range, and valet) over a 5–6-week period based on the certain individual and how well they retain the information. • High School Diploma or a Workers Permit if not yet graduated. • Vails CA driver’s license. • Cannot have more than 1 point on their DMV record upon hiring and cannot exceed 3 points at any point during their employment. • Must be able to drive a manual transmission to work at valet. • A lot of the Outside Operations is working with your hands and doing physical labor i.e. Cleaning clubs, setting up and putting away golf clubs, detailing golf carts, setting up and breaking down the driving range. • Job Type: Part-time • Pay: From $16.50 per hour
