Lady driving U-Haul down Temple City Blvd, stopped at light at Las Tunas and Temple City Blvd intersection on a weekday. This was late May or early June. You had black curly hair, hair was up, white-skinned, black top. I was walking down street and u were looking at me, laughing/smiling at me. If u see this please reply through Craigslist email.
