Learn more about Pearce at www.pearce-services.com POSITION SUMMARY The Pearce team is looking for a driven individual to take on the role of a Parts Delivery Driver for our HVAC Services division. The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for providing delivery, shuttling necessary parts and supplies for service repair completion for Technicians, and performing on-the-job training tasks as required. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES • Safely delivery parts to locations throughout the region • Completes Will Calls and drops off equipment at work sites as needed • Receives and loads equipment and systems • Works with Warehouse team to safely forklift as needed to load/unload products • Ensures all items are received and stocked per procedure • Assists with inventory count • Maintains truck and ensures maintenance schedules are within the Company guidelines (i.e., wash truck weekly, oil changes), and ensures tools and equipment are in safe operating con • Assist with maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety • Maintains forklift by following required maintenance and safety protocol • Adheres to all Company policies and procedures • Maintains the inventory of parts that have been delivered • Must be punctual and make no delay in deliveries • Assists with loading/unloading parts • Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS • One (1+) years of experience in the same or similar role desired • Forklift experience • Basic computer knowledge/ability to use a tablet • Basic skills in MS Office • Driven to succeed and able to work with minimal supervision • Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within given time constraints • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must have great attention to detail • Able to do moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds) • Must have the ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must have a clean driving record WHAT WE OFFER Pearce offers a family-friendly, innovative and positive culture with work/life balance, opportunities for career growth, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurances, PTO, and a matching 401(k) Retirement plan.
