Description

I am rehoming my parakeet that I’ve had for less than a year. I’ve had him since last November. I got him when he was about 4 weeks. I’m moving to a place that doesn’t allow pets and the people I live with can’t accommodate for the noise sadly despite him not making much noise to begin with. I don’t want to rehome him because I saw him as my lifelong pet which is why I got him in the first place. I also haven’t been able to spend much time with him as I’d like to because of work and family issues. He is roughly 7 months old. His wings aren’t clipped because I like him to fly around during the day. He has a playground on top of his cage that he enjoys as well. I feed him a mix of bird chop, bird pellets, and seed. He rarely gets seed but I mix it in to encourage him to eat. He does let me pick him up, he occasionally gets stuck when flying. And if I need to put him back in his cage he lets me too if he’s in the mood. I have his cage and his playground. Along with an extra toy as well as the bird chop that I have prepared for the next two months or so. I also have the bird pellets and some seed left over as well. He’s a great bird, he’s also very smart and get’s very jealous if you talk to anyone and he’s not included in the convo. I’m asking $80 just to ensure he goes to someone who actually wants to take care of him especially since he will live awhile. He also comes with everything I’ve stated above.
