OPP Realty & Asset Management Group is a local real estate brokerage located in Cleveland, OH, we specialize in investment and distressed sales, property management, and property preservation. We are currently seeking professional and reliable crew members for our property preservation division - Osceola Property Preservation & Investments LLC. Our Preservation division is currently responsible for our management portfolio and contracts with several national property management companies, local/out-of-state investors, national vendors including REO’s, and other distressed property inspections, repairs, turnovers, and small rehabs. This role is 1099 only and requires reliable transportation, basic knowledge, and proficiency with current technology/smartphones as most assignments will require online access for electronic work orders, tasks, and/or requests. Job locations and hours will vary depending on the project and the volume of work. Duties will include responding/repairing general maintenance work orders, sales/management initial property services, assisting with rental turnovers and small rehab projects. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, good work ethics, eager to learn and improve their contracting/general labor business skills, and looking for growth opportunities to develop and build their own crews as we continue to expand our portfolio of business so with that in mind we are willing to train the right individuals as we are looking to develop team leaders and managers.
