Thanks for clicking on my ad. I manage a historic building in Hollywood and we have had vendors come to measure, and others that don't seem to want the business. We two screens and a couple of broken windows that need to be replaced for bid submittal and NOBODY has sent back their bids. We understand that the building is old and we may have to change things in order to complete the repair. I've been waiting for two solid weeks from my most recent vendor and now they are dodging my calls. I'm not an ogre I promise I'm having difficulty locating someone with good follow-through. What we have are two windows that are broken- you're the expert you tell me what we need to do to repair them and give me a bid. We have two screens that need to be replaced. Measure them and tell me how much the replacements are. Apparently, it's not that simple. Please do not contact me if you are not going to follow through. This is not a giant job but could prove to be lucrative as we establish long-term working relationships with our vendors. Please call or email us for all the details.
