Airbnb cleaner and part time assistant

I am looking for a cleaner and part time assistant, along with cleaning tasks I require someone to carry some of the management load mainly on the weekends. Duties would include: Inspecting and restocking properties Answering reservation requests Responding to guest questions and calls Delivering supplies and responding to issues Applicant must have a car and live in the Venice / West side area with a flexible schedule. Must be handy, practical and able to solve problems. Must have attention to detail and consistency!!! Please send through resume and information about yourself. Experience in property management / Airbnb is a bonus. If applicant is able to do both cleaning and assisting please let me know. I will pay $18-$25 an hour or a set fee per specific tasks. I provide supplies and cleaning equipment. Business expanding and plenty of room for growth. Must be able to pass background check, be able to work in USA legally and accept 1099.
