We are a scaffolding company that provides scaffolding and sidewalk canopies to general contractors in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are looking to fill a part time position with the following job requirements: -Experience in installation and dismantling of scaffolding preferred -Willing to work on an as needed basis depending on workload, between 2-5 days per week. Some weeks will have no work. -Able to lift and carry 75+ pounds material for extended periods of time. -Must have a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Experienced driving a 20' flatbed truck preferred -Responsibilities will include loading and unloading the truck at the yard and at job locations. Maintaining the yard clean and organized; Picking up truck from warehouse, driving to job and returning to warehouse at the end of the day. -Must provide own tools -- hard hat, steel toe shoes/boots, hammer, wire cutter, adjustable wrench, tool belt, safety gloves and glasses. -Must be responsible, trustworthy and on time to warehouse and jobsites. -Must be willing to work at high elevations. -Good verbal communications skills. -Subject to criminal background check and random drug testing. -Hourly wage is based on experience. 90 day trial period. -Self-motivated with strong work ethics.
