We manage 14 homes with 62 bedrooms in Redondo Beach. Our office is in Riviera Village. We average a 90 percent occupancy rate most of the year and would like to increase that to 95%. We are looking for a skilled and a hard-working HOUSE CLEANER to assist our small operation in maintaining our tenants' rooms and homes. We pride ourselves on sustaining excellent curb appeal as well as providing our tenants with safe, beautiful places to live and enjoy themselves. The house cleaner will be expected to clock in/out and provide before and after photos to ensure that cleaning standards for each house are met. Below are the responsibilities of the house cleaner that we require: For our rental properties: * clean and organize the common areas specifically kitchen, dining area, living room, patio/decks * Organize and make sure that the counters and tables are free of clutter * Vacuum/mop hardwood/tile floors * Empty wastebaskets and take out trash. * Clean tables, wood surfaces, and shelves. * Wipe down appliances and counters. * Scrub stains, mold, and mildew from surfaces. * Additional cleaning as required when a tenant moves-out or before a new tenant moves in. In addition to the above responsibilities, the cleaner will also be required to clean the Owner’s home. This will include the following: *Clean toilets *Wash soiled clothes and linens. *Place fresh linens on the bed. *Wash, fold, and stock towels. *Scrub stains, mold, and mildew from surfaces. *Wash dishes and put dishes away in cupboards. *Throw out expired food in the fridge. *Clean upholstered furnitures *Clean window treatments. *Stock kitchens with groceries and condiments. *Mop, polish, and wax floors. *Sweep driveways and walkways. *Turn mattresses, plump pillows, and change cushions. Qualifications required: * Extensive cleaning experience * Must be able speak & write in English * Has transportation to transfer from one rental property to the other * Must have a cellphone with camera feature * Ability to communicate/coordinate well with property management and maintenance staff * Willingness to uphold company standards and verify compliance with before and after photos to ensure safety, tenant service and efficiency. The hired candidate will have the opportunity to work 3-4 hours per day, 4 days per week. This is a 1099 job so a W9 will be required. Payroll will be on a weekly basis.
