Attention LA residents, I would like to warn you about a animal breeder in LA who was been reselling other people’s cats and recently has been taking deposits from customers for the cats then blocking those people. But besides that he was been purchasing cats from people that he extremely abuses, there is video proof of him abandoning young kittens in residential areas of LA, leaving them in a cat carriers with no water in this heat wave. Worst of all the cats he abandons are very sick, and need medical help immediately, which is why he is unable to sell them and chooses to get rid of them in this cruel way. This person should be reported to all animal welfare agencies in LA and people should be notified of the neglect and horrible mistreatment he is doing to these young innocent kittens.
