Maintenance Contractor Needed We are a residential and industrial property management company based out of Portland, OR looking for a general contracting company to help out on residential and commercial maintenance and turnover items. We're looking for a company that is nimble, reliable, efficient, and has great communication and organization skills. GCs should be ready to address jobs surrounding: Flooring, carpentry, basic plumbing, hauling, painting. Contractors need to be licensed and bonded in Oregon. Contractors must be comfortable with emailed estimates and work orders. We pay out invoices weekly. Our company manages several hundred units, so we have plentiful work to be addressed!
