Whitsons Culinary Group is a dynamic and innovative food service and meal production company servicing the Northeast by providing excellent dining programs.
We are currently looking for a Kitchen Technician to join our team in the Islandia Culinary Center to participate and improve our industrial food production processes.
Requirements include:
-High school graduate or equivalent
-HACCP certification
-Servsafe certification
-Food Safety
-HiLo/Forklift certification preferred but not required
-Experience working in high volume warehouse preferred
-Experience in completing and reviewing documentation required
-Must speak, read and write English
-Must be flexible in challenging and complex work environment while firmly maintaining compliance and upholding standards
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:30am-7pm; hours may vary
