We produce everything from vinyl graphics to large scale, outdoor illuminated signage, specializing in custom illuminated signs. Shop Assistant – PT/FT General labor – cleaning, organization, setup, delivery, help with projects in various departments as requested - Must be punctual, reliable and a great team player - Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record preferred Manufacturing Assistant – PT/FT Responsibilities may include assisting with: - Channel letters: face lit, halo lit, trimless. - Illuminated cabinets up to 50' long-welding, using epoxies, steel subframe manufacturing. - Installing LEDs/fluorescent illumination including wiring, power supplies, switches, digital reader boards. Requirements: - Metal fabrication experience preferred. - Must be able to lift 80 lbs - Must have experience with and knowledge of power tools - Experience with finishing, painting and/or working with acrylic a plus. - Must be comfortable using a computer/mobile device for email, job instructions, time tracking. - Basic math skills are a must. - Must be a punctual, organized, independent worker and a great team player. Installation Assistant – PT/FT Assist sign installation crews with various tasks. Work is primarily outdoors. May also entail assisting with aspects of sign manufacturing. Requirements: - must be able to lift 80 lbs - must have experience with and knowledge of power tools - must be comfortable working at heights (ladder, bucket truck, scaffolding) - must have a clean driving record and be comfortable driving work vehicles (ladder truck, van, box truck) - Must be a punctual, organized, independent worker and a great team player. - CDL not required but would be an asset. 612 SIGNS is a WBENC certified Women's Business Enterprise. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour Pay is commensurate with skills and/or qualifications. Full time employees will be eligible for health insurance.
