Residential Property Management Company seeks full-time experienced property maintenance technician. Must have your own vehicle and tools. Must be able to complete most of the following: Clean out property with furniture Patch drywall, Texture or blend in texture on ceilings Interior and Exterior Painting Changing out outlets, switches and light fixtures Replace faucets and toilets Misc. repair and troubleshooting of typical rental emergencies Demo bathrooms and kitchens & remodel kitchen and bathrooms Pick-up materials or supplies at supply houses or hardware stores Misc. projects that arise. Position is M-F: 8:00-5:00 PM. Every technician does have one weekend per month for any occasional on-call emergency calls. Pay is based upon experience: $15.00-$18.00 per hour.
