Applications now being accepted for part time or full time maintenance position at small apartment complex in Burgaw, NC. Maintenance applicants should have relevant experience and general skills to include painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and be able to complete routine residential maintenance of interior and exterior, and grounds, as well as completely turning vacant apartments to make rent-ready. Should have own basic hand tools, power tools provided as needed. Benefits include vacation, paid holidays and personal days, and Monday-Friday work week.
