Property evaluators flexible hours no experience needed (Toledo, OH) Real estate company is looking for property inspectors for the Toledo area. Must have reliable transportation and access to a Smartphone/camera and computer with high speed internet connection. Job duties include, but are not limited to: -Coordinating appointment to meet with owners/property managers -Visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties -Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and HVAC -Taking pictures and Video of property and uploading files to Dropbox or sending pictures via email -Putting lockboxes at properties -Driving targeted zip codes with the intent of locating distressed, vacant, or abandoned properties -Placing Bandit Signs Job hours vary daily based upon the number of homes inspected. Typical number of homes inspected weekly 3-10. $50 per property Inspection $2 per Lead
