Start ASAP! Porch Light Property Management & Real Estate is locally owned and growing. HIRING MORE for GUARANTEED WORK EVERY WEEK - full and part time handyman/service tech positions. To be considered you must be able to troubleshoot and fix all common household maintenance issues. Experience repairing typical household maintenance issues, excellent workmanship, attention to detail, work ethic, and total honesty are required. Basic knowledge of the following necessary: repairing or installing doors and locks, windows, flooring, drywall repair, unclogging toilets and sinks, minor electrical, painting, HVAC, and carpentry. Experience with any property management software is preferred but not required. Most of the time you will be working on your own with little or no guidance. Must be able to troubleshoot a variety of maintenance issues on your own. Basic knowledge of Google photos, email, tablets, and smartphones required. Immediate openings. Competitive pay based on experience and ability between $15 and $25/hr FULL AND PART TIME. You must have your own reliable vehicle (valid driver's license), auto insurance, and tools. You will be traveling from property to property on a daily basis mainly in Milwaukee county, some Waukesha county.
