Need new continuous gutters on small ranch in VA Beach

Looking for new gutters, front and back, and down-spouts on small ranch in VA Beach. Looking for continuous gutters, good quality metal that won't look like crap in 6 months. Original gutters on the house looked good with a little scrubbing, the replacements (aluminum I think, have been removed for other repairs) looked dingy after maybe a year... might need to do steel? Looking for advice here. Looking to have this done in the next 2-6 weeks, weekends are fine, I work from home and am always here. I know everyone is slammed and that's fine, I'm patient. Can pay cash the day of, I think it's 4-6 hours for full install, 106' of gutters in six pieces (two connected in a corner) and 5 down-spouts needed. Looking for top-quality work, would like downspouts that look "right" and not installed by someone who doesn't care how they look (how many bad installs in this city...). Not interested in hand-man who "could" do this, looking for a crew who does this on the regular and knows all the little tips and tricks to getting it right, will pay a quality price for quality work, you'll be in and out in 1/2 a day (if that).
