We are looking for insured and best-quality vendors with the experience to maintain or preserve vacant mortgage properties in PA, especially for NORTHAMPTON. Our services include but are not limited to: - Lawn Maintenance & Snow Removal - Board Ups - Lock Changes & Lock Boxes - Safety Hazard Abatement - Minor Repairs (i.e. Gutter Repair/Replacement, Handrail/Replacement, Window Reglaze/Replacement, etc.) - Major Repairs (i.e. Discoloration Remediation, Siding Repair & Replacement, Full Demolition, etc.) - Eviction Services - Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps - Winterizations - Prepare Bids & Reports. We do make sure that our vendors are satisfied by paying them a weekly basis and now we also started a payment plan if your due is worth more than $100 and if the jobs are completed properly as per the client requirements, we make sure the payment is done within 48 hours. All contractors will be paid a $15 rush fee if the job is completed within 24 hours after assigning. Principals only.
