Rent is 30% of Total Household Monthly Income up to $600.00
$200.00 Security Deposit
Tenant pays all utilities (water/sewer, gas, electric, trash)
50% of monthly rent is applied towards down payment and/or closing costs at closing.

Do you have 1-2 years continuous employment?
Have not owned a home in the previous 3 years?
Is your Credit Score 600 or more?
Do you have a good two-rental history?
