The Door Tagger/ Field Support is responsible for providing support as needed to the operations at the field office level associated with the preparation of aerial, underground electronic upgrade and splicing of coaxial cable for cable television systems. Essential Duties: Visiting locations (residential and commercial) and applying door tag notifications of future work in the area to occupants Assisting with material deliveries, stocking of inventory, and collecting job field data Maintain daily production sheets and other reporting Read and interpret utility maps and prints to identify the location of work areas for upcoming construction Perform general administrative support as needed Other duties as required. Experience, Education, and other requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of one year of experience proving administrative support is preferred Ability to drive for results completing assignments timely and accurately. Maintain safe working habits Valid Driver's License and a good driving record Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills. Ability to understand written procedures, write routine documents, speak clearly, and understand multi-step written and oral instructions in English. Comfortable working with a team or alone. Must be able to pass a drug screen, criminal background check. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by and employee to successfully perform the essential duties of this job. Frequent walking (up to 5 miles daily), standing, sitting within the work area. Must be able to lift/push/pull/carry up to 75 pounds Walking up to five miles per day to deliver door tags Ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, peers, etc. Must be able to work in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet and dry) Ability to work in a confined space and at high elevations (poles, hydraulic lift buckets, ladders) Up to 70% local travel required – to a variety of worksites (planned in advance) Must be able to work in loud, noise-filled environment out in the field Baseband Telcom Corp. offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a benefits package.
