We are growing! Thought about a cleaning job? Come join our down-to-earth team. Create your own regular hours. Time that hasn't been booked with clients can be blocked off at any time so you can do your thang. Jobs are mostly in Boulder and Boulder County. A few are in Broomfield/Arvada/Westminster. We often work solo on smaller, manageable jobs, and we team up for larger jobs. PAY: Most jobs are paid by the job. So if you finish early, you don't take a hit. Few exceptions! $18/hr scheduled if you require training. $20/hr scheduled otherwise. BENEFITS: Paid holidays! Because you deserve to rest, but your paycheck shouldn't take a hit because of it. PTO. Because life. We get it. When your wheels fall off, we want to be supportive. 401(k) with generous company match. You won't be cleaning forever. Plan ahead. We'll help. Expectations: We would love it if you have extensive professional residential cleaning experience. However, we are willing to provide paid training to people who we believe would be a great fit. We run background checks and have a zero tolerance policy for criminal convictions. We require a certain level of professionalism...and humor. We have amusing and comfy company tee shirts. All supplies are provided, with the exception of transportation. You must have a registered, insured, reliable vehicle. Overall, this is an extremely independent, easy to manage job. If the clients are kept happy, you'll quickly develop a loyal following and keep a full, reliable schedule. We currently start people at an average of 10 hours per week, with increasing hours as training is completed.
