Help free guinea pigs

Hey so I got these two young adult guinea pigs a few weeks ago at an expo and they turn out to have skin problems. I’ve been applying lotrimin to to the scabs with little success after 3 days. The pictured scab is the worst one. Others are smaller on their hind ends. Please I’m looking for someone with a big heart who can apply the cream or mange spray until it heals. They could also be euthanized/fed to a large snake. Responding quickly to emails
