ARC Document Solutions is searching for an Onsite Order Fulfillment Operator with experience picking and packing orders for UPS shipments and able to process shipments via UPS software. Able to monitor electronic ordering system, manage on-site inventories, stock and rotate products. This position is located in Chicago, near the Midway Airport. Monitor customer orders through client's digital store front Contact customers via phone to assist with questions or concerns regarding their order Handle expeditated order for Next Day Air shipments Assist in monitoring inventory levels to be sure they are at optimum levels Good communication skills required Must provide excellent customer service Based in an onsite corporate office and must have the ability to interact with all staff skill levels. Experience in facility management support role a plus Proof of required certifications Reliable transportation Must be self motivated Must be able to multitask while maintain quality and control Ability to work individually and with team members. Punctual Ability to work in IE, Chrome and Firefox. Ability to lift cases of paper approx. 35 lbs. A good amount of walking or standing throughout the day.
