Shine A Blind, a family owned and operated window covering service company, is looking for an immediate full-time Office Admin/Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep.
The ideal candidate will be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks such as:
• Talking to customers over the telephone to confirm customer orders, to keep customers informed of their order status, and appointments for blind installation or cleaning & repair needs.
• Receive and diagnose repairs needed for window coverings that are dropped off.
• Other tasks may include data entry for various tasks such as customer information, work orders, and billing.
The individual should be punctual, have a customer service-driven attitude, and have excellent telephone etiquette.
Salary will be $15/hour for a 3 month probation period, then $16.00/hour after.
