Finish trim guy needed

We're finishing a remodel on Vashon Island and need someone good at finish trim. The first project is the stairway. It's three small flights in mission/craftsman style with oak treads, baulsters and newels so a fair amount of parts and details, but nothing out of the ordinary. I'll want to see some pictures of other finish trim projects you've done as while this is not an overly complex project, it's a very precise project. If the stairway goes well, there is also a kitchen to install along with walnut counters, and all the other finish trim in the house. Don't send me some random quote, but do give me an idea of a target hourly rate you're aiming at. We'll need to meet at the house and I will need a fixed price from you, but you won't be able to price it out without seeing it. We'll chunk out the project and I'll pay you in phases as things are completed. I'll pay for the ferry passes for getting to and from the island, and I recognize I'm paying a bit of a premium because of the commute.
