I'm trying to get my house on Vashon sold after a very long remodel (15 years) and a lot of bad experiences with contractors. I have a few rooms to drywall...I think I counted 44 sheets. It's smooth wall, but it doesn't need to be PERFECT perfect, just nice enough. The person I need for this needs to be smart enough to be able to fix things that are wrong with with the area BEFORE drywalling over it. There are minor electrical things that need to be sorted, very minor plumbing things, and a bit of framing here and there. When you reply please give me at least one recent reference or point to google or yelp reviews. Also give me a general idea of the hourly rate you're aiming at. I'll pay for the ferry and I'll budget in a bit for commute. I'll need you to price the project in completed steps as I won't be around to manage you hourly. If the drywall part works out, I'll want to use you for paint as well if you'd be interested.
