We offer a full line of fence products and services for homeowners, commercial businesses, homeowners associations, and developers throughout the entire Colorado Front Range, extending from Colorado Springs all the way to Fort Collins. Job Responsibilities: • Assisting yard in in/out inventory in the mornings. • Loading of trucks for SRF crews and subcontractors every morning. • Rotating inventory to maximize lumber. • Coordinating the loading of truck every morning. • Instructions and direction of milling operation along with maintaining the equipment. • Unloading trucks and coordinating with Inventory Supervisor on where the material goes. • Maintaining the returned material from finishers. Decides which material is good and which is bad, then puts back in inventory. (Forman is responsible for sorting before truck is unloaded.) • Assists with retail customer orders. • Assists in unloading supplies from vendors. • Maintaining the yard to ensure it is clean and presentable and safe to our customers and employees. • Stapling, wrapping and banding units. • Cuts lumber and related materials to size requested by customer. • Operates forklift safely and effectively to load, unload and move materials in the yard and warehouse. • Assists customer in loading purchased materials safely and accurately into customer's vehicle. Verifies load ticket to ensure accuracy with purchased materials. • Follows established loading and ticket procedures as listed in the Standard Operating Procedures. • Covers exposed materials, when required to prevent weather damage • Maintains inventory and displays within assigned are to merchandising standards by stocking, facing, straightening, and cleaning or any other task necessary to maintain appearance and salability of items. • Other Duties as assigned Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. May be required to lift up to 100 lbs. Job site work may involve extended periods of walking or standing and additional limited physical requirements, including climbing ladders, scaffolding, maneuvering around small obstacles, moving through cramped quarters, crawling, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, kneeling, bending, and operating office equipment that is hand operated. Visual acuity is required to observe site environment and hazardous conditions. ***Must have a valid Drivers License***
