Currently looking for a highly motivated Porter/Maintenance Tech Assistant Qualifications needed: -Must provide a valid social security number. -Must pass a detailed background check. -Must have dependable transportation. -Able to use smartphone. Porter Duties and Responsibilities: -Maintain the property to high standards -Assure that all areas of community are free of debris, trash, odors, etc. -Use phone app for to track your daily work -Take trash down from floors to main dumpster daily -Able to lift 50pds -Check pool area to make sure it's presentable for tenants -Touch up paint in common areas Maintenance Duties -Help Supervisor with maintenance when needed -Learn from Supervisor how to run the building -Painting unit turns -Work order requests Competitive wages-PTO-Holidays-Health benefit package options-Gas allowance-
