High Country Pipe & Utility employees work hand in hand with underground utility installers, and construction inspectors to provide any necessary specialty services along with 3rd party verification and testing for water and sewer main lines. General Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to) • Effectively complete jobs as assigned • Demonstrate knowledge of equipment operations and safety • Operate high pressure jets and robotic camera’s • Troubleshoot problems or failures for customers • Follow company policy for procedure and safe practices • Assist with traffic control procedures • Demonstrate positive customer and fellow employee relations • Maintain excellent company image; demonstrate integrity and trust • Communicate effectively and confidently with management and customers • Field repairs of various mechanical equipment • Understand basics of construction blueprints and specifications • Complete daily documentation with legible hand writing • Continually pick up work area and replace tools to appropriate location • Unload and clean trucks after work shift and report missing or broken tools and equipment to supervisor Basic Qualifications: • Dependable • Fast learner • Exceptional attention to detail • Superb time management • Capable of standing and walking for long periods, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift items exceeding 100lbs • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Driver’s license in good-standing and have a reliable vehicle to get to and from shop – We cannot hire someone without a good-standing driver’s license • Safely navigate with a truck/trailer, to and through construction sites as well as on the highway Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in welding and/or auto mechanics • High level of analytical thinking skills • CDL Class A Don’t miss this great opportunity!
