I need to re-home this beautiful male ringneck, Baloo. He is not tame. He has two missing toes on his left claw. He is a little clumsy on dowel perches, but does good on smaller grape vine perches and vertical cage bars. He doesn’t have his wings clipped. I was told he was younger than 2 yrs. old. Re-homing fee of $350. Locale pick-up only. Located in Tulare.
