General Laborer Work for the I-10 East area warehouse environment Pay - $14.50/hr + OT This labor-intensive position is responsible for manually loading and unloading. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Reasonable. • Must have prior experience performing a large amount of manual labor to include continuous heavy lifting. • Must have the ability to manually load and unload and stuff containers. • Requires candidate to be physically fit, agile, dexterous, and strong enough to lift and carry various amounts of weight for extended periods of time. • Must have the ability to read, write, and speak Basic English. • Must have the ability to function effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented work environment. • Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision and strong initiative. • Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees. • Position is indoors in an large facility.
