Solar Installer Position Apollo Energy is a rapidly growing locally owned solar company. Apollo Energy is seeking individuals with construction or roofing experience. Opportunities for advancement and earning solar industry credentials are available. 40 hours per week available, plus bonuses. Crew meets in Denver, ride in company trucks, and install at locations throughout the front range. An installer can expect to make $18-$24 per hour, depending upon experience. Pay rapidly advances for hard working, efficient employees. If you have a strong work ethic, former roofing experience, and want to learn the solar trade, you are encouraged to apply. Qualifications -1 year construction or roof experience, strongly preferred but not required -Attention to detail -Ability to transport and lift materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (50 lbs to 100 lbs) -Ability to work on rooftops with various angles and surfaces -OSHA 10 safety certification, preferred by not required -Must have reliable transportation and a phone Responsibilities: -Load, unload, and receive material -Install flashing and properly seal all roof penetrations -Assemble the racking and solar array -Complete all trenching, concrete work and equipment assembly, as needed -Complete project clean up, including customer site and installation vehicle -Repair any roof damage, as needed -Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor -Ensure each work area is cleaned from trash and debris -Clean dirty equipment immediately after use -Other duties as assigned Typical Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm, and Friday 7am to 1pm We look forward to hearing from you!
