i have a monthly room at Francisco Studios that i've been sharing with a good friend of mine who is moving out at the end of the month. im looking for another drummer who is responsible and trustworthy to come in and share the space with me. i only use the room 1-2 days a week on average, so, you'd have access to it at least 5 days a week ! Rent for the room is $395/ month which we would split 50/50, so $195.00 month basically. i shared this room with a really cool drummer at one point, and it worked out really well. it is 24-7 access, safe & secure, mini fridge and small p.a. in the room as well. please reach out with any additional questions or to set up a time to meet and check it out ✌️ Rick
