Metzenbauer Painting and Finishing is Hiring! We are a family oriented small business that puts quality and professionalism first and we are looking to add full time team members who will help us build our quality image and will fit within our family and team mentality. We are looking for applicants with any type of skill sets and we are willing to train in the right people. We mostly focus mostly on residential painting that puts quality above all else. Job duties will include: Painting interior and exterior of homes, removing wallpaper, applying drywall patches, light taping and textures, spray painting and more. Shifts are Monday-Friday and are all day shifts. Nights and weekends are very rare and typically done on volunteer basis. Travel radius is up to 60 miles, and some out-of-town jobs are paid one way. We are looking for someone available 40 hours per week. All equipment, safety gear and training required to perform our scopes of work will be provided by the employer. Full time employees are eligible to receive additional benefits such as: Paid Time Off, including Holidays. Paid Travel time and fuel reimbursement (on certain out of town jobs). Applicants must have reliable form of transportation, working cell phone, be able to perform the physical functions of painting, moving ladders and wearing respirators, be able to work as part of a team, be reliable and able to pass a background and drug test.
