We are a repair company in the glass & aluminum industry with three offices serving eastern central Florida and have been in business for over 10 years. The position available is for a full time Technician's Assistant that will report to, and work out of our Ormond office.  Actual work will be conducted at various job sites including houses, condominiums and commercial establishments. Travel to and from job sites will occur in a company vehicle and all tools and equipment used will be provided by the company. Duties include: Job site set up, breakdown and clean up, organizing tools and parts, and other support tasks as needed. Heavy lifting is required. We work hard and the days can go long but we do pay overtime. We train and promote from within, opportunities for advancement, promotion and pay increases are available and we prefer candidates desiring long term and steady work. We are professional and require strict observance to company policies at all times. The ideal candidate must have: Integrity. Familiarity with basic hand tools. A mind that enjoys solving problems. The ability to follow directions and receive instruction. Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record. The endurance to work outdoors in our hot Florida environment. We can not support smoke breaks. A background check will be conducted.
