Looking for a full time solar panel installer/laborer to join our team. Workers meet as early as 4 am at the office, but summer typically 5 am. Tools and transportation provided from office to jobsite, but candidates must have transportation to get to the office. Crew often travels to Prescott, Sedona, and Phoenix area. Travel time is paid. Must be able to climb ladders, work extended hours on rooftops, and handle repeat daily lifting of 50lb panels. Looking for a reliable person with a positive attitude, good work ethic, willingness to learn, who will be presentable, respectful, and professional to customers and other team members. Construction experience a plus, but willing to train the right person.
