Hello! We are seeking a high level handyman experienced in a variety of tasks, who is licensed and insured. Projects to complete include: *Bedroom ceiling textured and painted *New ceiling fan installed (does not fit the old bracket) *Closets rebuilt (creating two out of one, and a large walk-in closet out of two adjoined) *Outside faucet replaced (it is welded on) *Flooring installation if experienced - we can have someone else do that project if needed *(Later) Kitchen remodeling, including installing floor to ceiling windows References or good reviews preferred.
