Iron Gate Properties is a growing Property Management company looking for an Experienced Maintenance Tech to add to our team in Vancouver, WA. Qualifications: Applicants should be highly motivated and maintain a high standard of workmanship. Have excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and flexibility. Must have recent experience of 3+ years within residential or commercial building maintenance, or construction. Excellent problem-solving skills are a must. Responsibilities include: general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances. Contribute to the achievement of financial goals through prudent use of resources. Perform maintenance duties to ensure that the facilities meet a high-quality standard. Responsible for inventory of parts and tools. Strive to make the experience of our customers, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality. Additional Qualifications: Recent experience in property management maintenance is preferred. Expertise with the proper handling of tools is essential. Candidate must be computer literate with attention to detail and excellent organization skills. Must demonstrate quality class customer service, as well as a confident communication style to interact effectively with customers, peers and management. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. English proficiency.
