In this job you will: help keep the shop stocked, deliver and pick up vehicles, relay information on potential repairs, and help create a customer experience process that is phenomenal from the time the call comes in to delivering the vehicle back to the customer. Job Expectations: Wash customer vehicles Vehicle pick-up and delivery Keep the shop clean Help keep the shop stocked and organized Taking in work and recording customer concerns/requests about their vehicles Assist in writing estimates, inspections, invoices professionally and accurately Assist with weekly reports and fleet tracking Always pushing to create the perfect customer experience! Work Requirements: Team player Strong computer skills Well organized with the ability to work with others Familiarity with auto parts, mechanic or technician experience and looking for advancement or change is a plus. Multitasking Trustworthy with a high sense of professionalism Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to pass drug test and background check Continual improvement and lifelong learning
