Our company is looking for a reliable finish Carpenter to complete the finishing touches on trim and carpentry work for different commercial projects. You may work on a variety of tasks including window and stair customizations, crown molding, and baseboard installations. Our ideal candidate has an aptitude for precision and focuses on detail. We prefer candidates who have prior experience or training in trim carpentry or finish carpentry. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: -Must be able to cut and install all types of trim work, hang all types of doors, install base, paneling and more. Performs interior or exterior. -Material removing, interior trim, stair systems, and hardware installation. -Extensive physical labor, including lifting, climbing, bending, and operating hand and power tools. -Maintaining a high level of safety, quality and attention to detail. -Performing maintenance on all tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure that they are in good working order. -Performs interior or exterior. This could material removing, interior trim, stair systems, and hardware installation. REQUIREMENTS: -High school diploma or GED -The ability to safely use hand and power tools, and heavy machinery. -The ability to work as part of a team. -The ability to stand for extended periods. -The ability to lift 60lbs or more. -Good physical stamina. -Strong mechanical skills. -Effective communication skills. -Drivers license and transportation.
