Looking for a handyman to do a bunch of basic tasks described below. Must be available to start immediately. You’re expected to have your own tools and you might have to do one Home Depot or Ace run, but everything’s on site unless otherwise noted: Stain the backsplash grout to a new color (appx 45 sq ft): $150. Grout stain is not on site and you need to pick it up. Replace fluorescent tube light with new flush mount, including paint touch up: $150. Paint touch up is not on site. Paint front door, only one side (this paint is on site): $100 Install wall-mount mailbox: $150 Put up peel-and-stick wallpaper: $100 Apply chair rail trim on appx 15 lin ft, paint wall (40 sq ft): $100 Install 7 curtain rods and hang curtains: $300 Assemble a closet organizer: $75 Install single closet rod to small closet: $35 Install shower rod: $50
