Sky at P83 Apartments is searching for a full time Interior/Exterior Housekeeping Professional to work alongside our office and maintenance team to help clean and maintain the common area amenities, the resident buildings, and the property in general so that we can continue to provide our residents with a well-kept community to call home. The Housekeeping Professional will work alongside the maintenance team daily to complete all necessarily cleaning tasks and will again work with the maintenance team to complete the longer-term preventative maintenance and cleaning tasks required on the property. A brief list of the daily/weekly/monthly tasks will include: • Removing trash, wiping down surface and replacing liners in any common area trash cans (e.g., fitness center, package room, pool area). • Cleaning of all exterior pool chairs and furniture located throughout the community. • Cleaning of all exterior grills and propane level check for replacement • Light cleaning or touchup of all common area amenities (business center, fitness center, clubhouse, package room, office) as needed. • In conjunction with maintenance team, perform general maintenance tasks such as blowing out of breezeways, pressure-washing, removal of cobwebs, dusting of handrails, cleaning of light fixtures, removal of pet waste, non-organic waste and other debris from the grounds, grassy areas, parking lots, and walkways on property. • Perform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, polishing stainless steel, straightening of furniture, and removal of waste. • Exterior sign and light post cleaning • Interior Apartment touch-up as needed. • Paint touch-up or light painting duties as necessary. The correct individual for this position is someone who: • Enjoys working as part of a team. • Has the ability and desire to work both indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions. • Has the ability to climb multiple flights of stairs, walk distances and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
