I have a warehouse that I am moving out of and need help. It's physical work, lifting although not much more then an occasional thirty pounds, up and down stairs some and a lot of movement back and forth from the inside of the warehouse to a truck outside. You should be in pretty good physical shape and it's better if you are younger. I am in my fifties and it's quite difficult for me but a younger person wont have any problem with the physical part.
