We here at Distinctive Cleaning take our cleaning very seriously! We develop and train our staff in every detail when it comes to cleaning our client's houses. You ask...what is so different about house cleaning at DCMS? First, we don't "ping-pong" through a client's house. We don't push a swiffer and we don't cut corners. We train each one of our team members to specifically follow and implement our training guide in the field at every house. Each team member is responsible for learning the commercial grade chemicals, they are responsible for knowing the process in every room we clean. When a client hires DCMS they know they will have the exact same cleaning, no matter who cleans their house! One must be comfortable working on their own, as each person is assigned to a house and works individually. Each employee goes through the exact same training process and when it is completed they are then "certified", yes certified. We then know you are able to work on your own, unsupervised in client's homes. Once on your own, each person usually cleans two houses a day. We require each person to have a smart phone, their own vehicle, and pass a background check. You are paid weekly direct deposit only. Now, you ask, what do I get for all this work? The training wage starts at $14 an hour. As soon as you are assigned your cleaning kit, you then go to $14.50. As you progress through the training program assessments are due at each level and additional $.25cents to your pay! By the time your training is completed you will be at $16 an hour. For most, that is a $2 raise in 2 months! In two months one is making $16 an hour, plus bonuses, plus commute pay, which can total close to $19 an hour weekly. This, of course, is up to you! What you put in, is what you get out. We are looking for individuals that want to grow with the company and create long term relationships.
