Fulltime Custodian/Maintenance Compensation is $15hr, premium medical plan, retirement investment plan, paid holidays, and vacation time. Shift is Monday through Friday, but requires flexibility with scheduling. Looking for an outstanding CUSTODIAL/MAINTENANCE person. Duties include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, dumping trash, setting up conference rooms, moving tables and chairs, cleaning a commercial kitchen, basic repair and basic computer skills. Employees must be quality focused and can work at an efficient pace. Position is physically demanding requiring employees to perform repetitive bending, stretching, stooping, lifting, vacuuming, carpet scrubbing, sweeping. etc. Must be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 pounds and able to climb ladders. -Candidate must have verifiable custodial experience for 2 years or more within the last 6 years. -DHLC promotes a drug and alcohol-free work environment. -Must have own transportation -Must pass background check. -Proof of citizenship required -Absolutely no phone calls or drop-ins.
